Medical Malpractice

Georgia law requires that a healthcare provider, including doctors, nurses, and others, exercise a reasonable degree of care and skill in the treatment of a patient. Unfortunately, there are instances in which healthcare providers fail to exercise the appropriate degree of care and skill which can have disastrous consequences for the patient and his or her family. Depending upon where the negligence occurred, a hospital, doctor's office or other healthcare facility may also be liable for the actions of the doctor, nurse, or other healthcare provider, or even its own negligence.

Each case involving medical negligence is unique and requires extensive experience by attorneys who are familiar with the handling of such cases including knowledge of the pertinent medical fields as well as the resources to achieve the best results for individuals whose lives have often been dramatically changed.

Fred and Zach have nearly 30 years combined experience in pursuing claims of medical negligence. Both attorneys have served as counsel in complex medical malpractice trials throughout the State, and have obtained numerous settlements on behalf of their clients including many over a million dollars. In addition, the firm has a registered nurse on staff to assist in the investigation and pursuit of medical negligence cases.
